Each week, students will post short entries of approximately 1000 words on a current topic in public history. These blog posts will not only explain the current issue but also relate it to the class readings and discussions. Blog posts should pose thoughtful and provocative questions about the practice of public history and its meanings. They should also include images, gifs, video, or other media to help illustrate the blogger's argument.
Entries should be posted at least 24 hours in advance of the class (by 7pm on Monday). Students should post their comments or questions to the post by noon on Tuesday.
Before you publish your post, please use the "preview" tab in the upper right corner to see if your post looks like you want it to. Play around with the formatting -- be creative! And don't wait until the last minute to create your entry if you've never blogged before.
